Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern sales on spoolairsoft.com between the consumer and AUBRYMEDIA AUBRY MEDIA, a single-member simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is at 280 avenue de Verdun, 06700 Saint-Laurent-du-Var, France.

Spool Airsoft sells HPA conversion systems, regulators, lines, fittings and airsoft parts. Complete replicas are not sold on the site.

The essential features of each product are shown on its product page. Prices are in euros and include all taxes. Delivery costs are shown before the order is confirmed.

Offers remain valid while displayed and while stocks last. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, Spool may cancel the affected order and refund the customer.

The customer selects the products, enters their details, chooses a delivery method and payment method, then checks the order summary. The order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

The final confirmation button is labelled “Order with obligation to pay”. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.

Payment is due when the order is placed. Available payment methods and any applicable conditions are displayed at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms and process the data required for the transaction.

Delivery costs and the estimated delivery time are shown before the order is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The customer should check the parcel and promptly report any issue, without limiting their statutory rights.

Consumers have fourteen calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the day after receiving the goods. They may use thewithdrawal page or email contact@spoolairsoft.com.

The goods must be returned no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal request is sent. Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. Refunds are made within fourteen days of the withdrawal notice, although Spool may wait until the goods or proof of shipment has been received.

Withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods or other statutory exceptions. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, features and operation of the goods may be charged within the limits set by law.

Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty for two years from delivery. If goods are not compliant, they may request repair or replacement at no cost under the conditions set by the French Consumer Code.

Consumers also benefit from the warranty for hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. Requests must be sent to contact@spoolairsoft.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Products are intended for sport airsoft. Sales are restricted to adults. Customers are responsible for following applicable rules, field instructions and using suitable eye protection.

Complaints should first be sent to Spool at contact@spoolairsoft.com. If no amicable solution is reached, consumers may contact the appointed consumer mediator and then the competent court.

These terms are governed by French law. This clause does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
