Time limit and process
For goods, the statutory period is fourteen calendar days from the day after delivery. The request must be sent before the period ends. The product must then be returned no later than fourteen days after the request is sent.
Direct return costs are paid by the customer unless Spool agrees to pay them or the required information was not provided. The refund includes standard delivery costs and may be delayed until the goods or proof of shipment has been received.
